This picturesque plantation is at the core of our PNG single origin bar. Kingstan's commitment to quality and sustainability is what makes this chocolate truly exceptional.
The unique flavour profile of this cocoa is a delightful combination of rum and raisin with hints of dried prune, which provides a truly remarkable taste experience. But it's not just the flavour that sets Kamuri Estate apart; it's the meticulous care that goes into each stage of production.

In addition to the meticulous fermentation process, the drying of cocoa beans is another crucial stage in crafting high-quality chocolate. Kamuri Estate employs well-maintained drying houses, ensuring that the beans are dried to perfection. One of the standout features of Kamuri Estate is the absence of smoke during the drying process. This lack of smoke not only contributes to the beans' purity but also reflects the estate's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
