Chocolat Philippe is proud to present the finest Mana cacao beans, sourced from a dedicated group of farmers who hold unwavering commitment to uncompromising quality.
In partnership with Auro, our trusted collaborator, we maintain rigorous oversight during the vital post-harvest process at central fermentation centers. The result is the creation of Mana cacao, characterised by a truly unique and harmonious flavour profile. These beans offer a delightful cascade of fruity, sweet, floral, and nutty notes, ensuring an unforgettable taste experience.
Beyond their exceptional taste, our partner’s commitment to sustainability and the environment shines through our promotion of intercropping, agroforestry, and organic farming practices. These methods contribute to increased biodiversity and the preservation of forest fragments, especially in the vicinity of Mount Apo National Park. In recognition of these efforts, Jose Saguban, a dedicated farmer from Davao City, earned a prestigious spot among the top five cocoa beans in the Asia-Pacific region at the 2019 International Cocoa Awards (ICA) in Paris, France. This recognition reinforces the exceptional quality and sensory experience offered by their beans.
