How long does it take to receive a reply?
We usually reply within one business day. During busy periods or event weekends, it may take a little longer, but your message is never ignored.
Do you run chocolate experiences outside Sydney?
Most of our in-person experiences run in Sydney. Philippe can offer private events in other cities when he’s travelling, so feel free to ask.
Can I book a wine masterclass at a venue
Usually we host wine masterclasses in private homes, as we bring the wines and pour on site. It may be possible at a venue if you have a written agreement allowing us to bring our own wine and chocolate, and for us to pour. The space must be a separate, quiet room, not the public area. A home is still the cosiest option and creates the best atmosphere for the pairings.
Do you offer custom or corporate gifting?
Yes. We create tailored gift boxes for teams, clients and events. Send us a message with the quantity and date and we’ll guide you through the options.
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide using Express Post. If you’re contacting us about a delivery, please include your order number.
Can I visit the workshop?
The workshop is not open to the public, but orders can be placed online anytime.
What’s the best way to store chocolate?
