1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts, but from time to time there may be discrepancies. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will dispatch the available products and contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Shipping is collected with the purchase. The amount displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost.

3. Returns

We don’t accept returns for change of mind or once dispatched, given food safety risks with edible goods. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day.

We try to dispatch early in the week (Mon to Thu) to avoid chocolate sitting in warehouses over weekends where temperature control cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on weather and forecast temperatures, we may add insulation for extra protection.

If temperatures are 25°C or higher, we strongly recommend selecting the Hot Weather Shipping option at checkout to reduce the risk of heat damage.

4.2 Change of Delivery Address

We can update a delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.3 P.O. Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the estimated window, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress based on updates from the delivery provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it if possible and contact us.

If it was delivered while you were absent, please contact us with photos and details so we can advise next steps.

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already included in product prices displayed on the Website.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international orders will be prepaid, with no additional fees payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before the order is dispatched, we can cancel the order.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
