Thailand has always held a special place in my heart. Whenever I visit Chantaburi, I spend time with Boom and her brother at their family's cacao garden. We share lunch, catch up and talk cacao. Back in Sydney, one taste of chocolate made from their beans takes me straight back. It always makes me smile.
