• Keep chocolate cool, dry and away from heat or sunlight, ideally between 16 °C and 20 °C.
• If it’s warmer, pop it in an airtight container in the fridge and let it return to room temperature before tasting.
• If it blooms, it’s just lost its temper — still perfect for hot chocolate. And if you happen to have one, a wine fridge is its happy place.

• We send parcels Monday to Thursday, we don’t like the idea of our chocolate spending a lonely weekend in a warehouse.
• If it’s too hot, we may contact you and hold your order a day or two for a cooler window.
