August’s curation brings together four chocolates made with cacao from across the Asia-Pacific region.
Philippines Pure Origin reveals caramel, citrus and dark fruit in the cacao itself. PNG Chai adds warmth and spice, Australia Wattleseed brings roasted depth, and Australia Lemon Myrtle finishes with a bright aromatic lift.
Together, they show the range of flavour found across the region, from pure origin character to distinctly Australian expression.
